Scottish Widows new internal department.

As for the new UK pensions legislation changes, a new department was created to deal with queries from Lloyds Banking Group customers.

​

The department needed a new branding after merging 3 different areas, working independently and/or together.

​

Designed reports templates, Documents, training material and internal/external presentations.
