BSkyB Training & Coaching Department

Branding for the Training Department at BSkyB.

 

As the department was ready to up skill and cross skill all agents in Scotland’s call centers, the need for a branding emerged.

​

This concept was based on a prism, showing transformation, enhancement, development and growth.

​

The motto “Are you showing all your colours” was used to motivate the transformation.

​

The colour band was used for the Coaching Department branding.
